Kosciuszko Heritage was present at the annual Polish Christmas Festival in Darling Harbour, in Sydney, on December 7.

It shared a stall with Joanna Hempel, the author of the new book Feet of Wax.

Ernestyna Skurjat-Kozek, the President of Kosciuszko Heritage, ran the stall, selling items ranging from music CDs to books: all produced by Kosciuszko Heritage.

“We hoped against hope that the rain would start at the end of the day,” said Ernestyna. “Unfortunately, it started to rain at 2pm. We were forced to rescue the merchandise. Dark blue clouds, with varying amounts of rain, flew over Darling Harbour four times.”

The Polish Christmas Festivals, held in Tumbalong Park in Darling Harbour, have been running for 10 years. To find out more about the festivals, please click here (please note: opens an external website).
