Saturday, February 12

8:30am: start of Kosciuszko Run at Charlotte Pass Village.
9:00am: start of the Day of Fun at Kosciusko Run festivities.
6:00pm: the festivities end and the clean-up begins.
7:00pm-10:00pm: sing-along at Pygmy Possum Lodge.

Sunday, February 13

8:30am: start of Kosciuszko Run at Charlotte Pass Village.
9:00am: start of the Day of Fun at Kosciusko Run festivities.
6:00pm: the festivities end and the clean-up begins.
7:00pm-10:00pm: sing-along at Pygmy Possum Lodge.

Saturday, February 12 at Charlotte Pass Village

Concert and picnic in front of Kosciuszko Hotel. In the event of adverse weather, the festivities will be moved to Pygmy Possum Lodge.

8:30am: start of Kosciuszko Run (from Kosciuszko Hotel).
From 9:00am-10:00pm: viewing of two photo exhibitions, The First Historic Kosciuszko Run and 30 Years of Solidarity, presented on the ground floor of Pygmy Possum Lodge, 150 metres away from Kosciuszko Hotel.
10:00am: Polish folk music, including songs about Kosciuszko and Strzelecki, played from a CD, along with announcements.
10:30am: start of live concert, with all artists singing for the winners of the Kosciuszko Run. Sing along with Zosia and Gosia! The lyrics of Smile on Us, Kosciuszko are printed overleaf.
11:30am: medal presentation ceremony with the Polish Consul-General, Daniel Gromann, the AMRA President, John Harding, and the Strzelecki Heritage Inc. President, Paul Gospodarczyk.
11:45am: official speeches from the Polish Consul-General, Daniel Gromann, and Prof. Lidia Filus of the Kosciuszko Foundation in the U.S.
12:00pm: the live concert continues, along with a Polish lunch and Kosciuszko Beer and Kosciuszko Wines tasting.
1:00pm: the Paderewski Music Academy presents The Music of Polish Kings.
1:30pm: Zosia Kaszubski and Gosia Kaszubski sing about Polish landscapes.
2:00pm: the Snowy Strings Youth Orchestra presents classical and Aussie music.
2:30pm: John Hospodaryk sings about Mt. Kosciuszko, Strzelecki and Adyna.
3:00pm: Where Chicago and Jindabyne Meet: A Ten-Minute Bracket with the Paderewski Music Academy and the Snowy Strings Youth Orchestra:
1. Bushband Medley, Traditional Aussie Music, arranged by Maryanne Simpson.
2. Waves of Tory, Aussie Bush Dance Music, arranged by Maryanne Simpson.
3:15pm: welcome to the legends of Solidarity: Joanna and Andrzej Gwiazda.
3:30pm-4:00pm: Road to Independence: Zosia and Gosia Kaszubski present a special selection of songs to honour the Solidarity heroes.
4:15pm-6:00pm: live concert continues with Zosia and Gosia and John Hospodaryk.
6:00pm: A Day of Fun at Kosciuszko Run closes.
6:10pm: please help the organisers in the clean-up operation.
7:00pm-10:00pm: sing-along at Pygmy Possum Lodge. Everybody welcome!
